Former Druggist Dies at Age of 90
Mr. Herbert W. Hart, 90, of Hart Lake, Greenville, Route 2, died May 23 at 
Blodgett Hospital, Grand Rapids.

Mr. Hart graduated from Michigan State University in 1897 and became a 
registered Pharmacist in 1921. He owned and operated his own drug store in Lake 
Odessa for many years. After that he traveled for a commercial drug firm for 
several years. Later he went to Oakfield Twp, in Kent County where he owned a 
large farm. When he retired he lived at his home at Hart Lake where he was cared 
for by Leona Brenner.

Funeral services were held at 2 PM. Wednesday from the Huffman Home in Belding. 
Rev. Elmer Katterjohn officiated. Burial was in Ashley cemetery.
