Sentinel-Std.- Wednesday, July 28, 1954

SARANAC- Delbert James Hardy, 67, of Keene township died suddenly Tuesday 
evening, July 27, at his home.

He was born August 20, 1886, the son of George and Mary Baird Hardy, in Keene 
and had lived all of his life there.

Surviving are his wife, Louise; one daughter, Mrs. Lucille Riggles, of Saranac; 
two sons, George and Robert, both of Keene; five grandchildren; two step-
grandchildren and one brother, Howard Hardy, also of Keene.

He was a member of the Keene Grange and of the Saranac Masonic lodge.

the body is at the Morris funeral home and funeral services will be held Friday 
afternoon at 2:30 at the Saranac Community church.

Interment will be at Saranac cemetery.
