Ionia Sentinel-Standard, Tues,Nov. 7, 1972
Oliver S. Hartman, 71, of 718 Hubbell road, Ronald township, died Monday at 
Sheridan Community Hospital.

Born in Ronld township November 1, 1901, he was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Marcus 
R. Hartman.  He was married March 1, 1932 to Dorothy Young.  He was a lifelong 
resident and farmer of Ronald and Ionia townships.

He was a life member of Palo Masonic lodge F&AM, member of Farm Bureau and 
active in grange work.

Surviving besides the wife, Dorothy are two sons; five granchldren; two 
brothers.

Funeral services will be Thursday at 2 pm at Myers-Roetman funeral home. 
Interment will be at Woodard lake cemetery.
