Born February 6, 1887, in Campbell township she was the daughter of Jacob and Nellie Parker Klingman. In 1923 she was married to Albert Hartzke and lived most of her married life in Lansing until moving to Lake Odessa seven years ago. Since the death of her husband August 14 she made her home with her brother and wife, Mr. and Mrs. Homer Klingman of Hastings. She was hospitalized in Pennock hospital in Hastings before being transferred to the rest home. Surviving are a son, Everett Watts of Sun City, Ariz.; one grandson and two great grandchildren; sister, Mrs. Donald Bigalow of Midland; two brothers, Homer Klingman of Hastings and Ray Klingman of Tucson, Ariz. Funeral services will be Friday at 1:30 p.m. at Pickens-Koops funeral chapel in Lake Odessa. Rev. Harold Green will officiate and interment will be at Lakeside cemetery.
