The Ionia Standard, Friday, February 1, 1889

Mrs. Mabel Hasker was buried on Friday last.  Funeral held at the Baptist 
church, conducted by Rev. D. B. Munger.  Mrs. Hasker had been a resident of 
Palo more or less for 17 years.  During the past two years she has been a 
severe sufferer, and has been cared for at the home of her daughter, Mrs. 
Joseph Hanchett, of Bushnell.  Her age was 76.
