Aug. 30, 1949 BYRON A. HASKIN Funeral services were conducted rom the Stone-Kauffman funeral home Monday at 2 p.m. for Byron A. Haskin, prominent retired farmer, who died Thursday morning. Services in the crowded funeral home were conducted by the Rev. Howard Johnson, pastor of the Lincoln Ave. Baptist church. Bearers were Eugene Hackett, Harry Drake, Ray Curtis, Moon Franch, Bill Ward and Elmer McClow. Interment was in the family lot in Orleans cemetery. Relatives attending the services from out of town were Mr. and Mrs. Stanley Haskin of Orleans, Levi Haskin of Inglewood, Calif.; Mr. sand Mrs. Judd Haskin and family of Chicago, Mr. And Mrs. James Shepherd and son of Detroit, Mrs. and Mrs. Robert Haskin of Washington, D.C.; Norman Haskin of Lake Odessa, Mrs. Fred Kiefner of Philadelphia, and Mrs. Dan King of Belding.
