He was born in Prague, Czechoslovakia April 2, 1861. In 1906 he was married and came to United States in 1914 and made his home in Ionia. Mr. Hasman became a citizen of the United States in 1945. He was employed at Pere Marquette care shop until it went out of business in the early 1920's. He also worked at Rainbow Recreation and was in business for himself as a cabinet maker. He was a member of SS. Peter and Paul church. Surviving are his wife, Anna; four daughters, Mrs. Lillian DiMartini of Ionia, Mrs. Louis (unreadable) of Flint, Ms. Anthony (unreadable) of Linden and Mrs. H.D. Plant of Coldwater; three sons, Joseph Hasman of Flushing, James of Burt and Charles of Los Angeles, Calif.; 20 grandchildren and two great- grandchildren. Rosary will be recited at Myers funeral home Friday at 7:30 p.m. and requiem high mass will be celebrated at SS. Peter and Paul church Saturday at 9 a.m. Interment will be at Mt. Olivet cemetery.
