The funeral services will be held Tuesday afternoon, 2 o’clock, at the home and 2:30 at the Lutheran church. Burial will be in Highland Park cemetery. She was born in Germany and came to this country with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Earl Schroeder, when she was three years of age. She is survived by her husband, Jacob Haas, eight children, Carl Haas, Moline, Ill., Emil Haas, of Grand Rapids, Fred Haas, of Columbus, O., Mrs. Cora Hail, of Los Angeles, Cal., John Haas, Detroit, Mrs. Ruth Youngs, Grand Rapids, Ron Haas, Ionia, George Haas, Grand Rapids; 25 grandchildren; two brothers, George Schroeder of Ft. Wayne, Ind., and John Schroeder, of Los Angeles, Cal.; two sisters, Mrs. Mary Peck, of Pontiac, Ill., Mrs. Sophia Whitrock, of Springfield, Ill. A son, Clarence, died in 1924. Subsequent Publication: Wednesday, May 4, 1932 Rev. B. H. Succop conducted the funeral services for Mrs. Wilhelmina Haas at the Lutheran church Tuesday afternoon with interment in Highland Park cemetery. Six sons, Carl, Emil, Fred, John, Roy, and George Haas, acted as bearers. Mrs. Haas died Sunday following two weeks’ illness of pneumonia.
