Ionia Shopper's Guide-Saturday, August 5, 2023

           HATT

Evangeline Hatt, age 84, of Ionia, passed away on Monday, July 31, 2023. She was 
born on January 15, 1939, the daughter of Elmer and Mamie (Deryermond)Booth in 
Ionia,MI.

Evangeline loved spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. 
She also loved quilting for retirees.

She is survived by her children, Sonya (Ronald) Patterson of Grand Rapids, Vicky 
Hendrick of Ann Arbor, Chanda Johnston of California, and Lisa Mathy of Arizona 
and grandchildren, Jason (Sierra) Mier and Marisa Mier.

Evangeline was preceded in death by her daughter, Tina Mier and son, Jeffery 
Hatt.

A graveside service was held at 12 PM Friday August 4,2023, at Balcom
