Ionia County News - Thurs. May 17, 1945

Funeral services for Mrs. Frank Haugh, who died Monday in U of M hospital, Ann 
Arbor, was held from SS. Peter and Paul church, at 8:30 Thursday morning, May 
17. burial was at Michigan City, Indiana.

Mrs. Haugh, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. P.W. Maxwell, was born October 28, 1884, 
in Muskegon. She was 61 years old.

She was married to Frank Haugh of Grand Rapids, on June 8, 1912. The marriage 
took place in Ashville, North Carolina, and for several years, while Mr. Haugh 
was in the lumber business in North Carolina, they lived at Andrews, N.C. they 
returned to Michigan about 30 years ago and lived in Belding for ten years. 
They came to Ionia about twelve years ago.

Mrs. Haugh is survived by her husband, Frank Haugh, Ionia; four sisters and two 
brothers: Mrs. Ralph Tuthill, Mary and Frances Maxwell, Edward Maxwell, 
Michigan City , Ind.; Mrs. Gerald Johnson, Pontiac, Ill., and Thomas Maxwell, 
Juneau, Alaska.
