DALE WAYNE HAUTER, 91
Dale Wayne Hauter, age 91, of Saranac, MI, passed away February 23, 2019.

He was born on April 30, 1027, the son of Daniel and Wilma (Branson) Hauter. 
Dale graduated from Saranac High School and soon after joined the Merchant 
Marines during WW II. After the war, he reached the rank of Master Sergeant 
in the Michigan National Guard. Dale worked at the Michigan Department of 
Corrections facility for 33 years and had a real estate business in the 
Saranac area.

Surviving are his children Linda(Tim) Kimble of Foothill Ranch, CA. Aaron 
(Julia) Hauter of Chandler, AZ, Thomas (Marilyn) Hauter of Lyons, many 
grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Beatrice, brother Harold, 
sister Jean Sprague and Joyce Heilman.

A memorial service will be held for Dale and his wife Beatrice at the Saranac 
Community Church on Saturday, March 9, at 11 am with Pastor Becky Poor 
officiating. Luncheon to follow. Those wishing may make memorial 
contributions to Saranac Community Church. Arrangements in care of Lake
