Portland Review, 4 Mar 1919

Mrs. Helen Havens died at the home of her son Frank, at Carson City, Thursday 
night.  Since the death of her husband 25 years ago she had spent most of her 
time in Portland, residing with her son Lee, but a year or so ago took up her 
residence with the other son, who was then living at Greenville.  Funeral 
services were held at Oakfield, near Greenville, Sunday afternoon, and burial 
was in Oakfield cemetery, beside the remains of her husband, Charles Havens.  
Her maiden name was Helen Burrell and she was born in this state in 1847.  
Besides the children mentioned above there is a daughter, Mrs. May Burt, who 
lives at Cass City.
