He leaves three children, his mother and stepfather, Mr. and Mrs. Caude Coppins and a brother, Russell Haverstick. The funeral services were held Friday at 2:30 at the Coppins home. Burial in Woodard Lake Cemetery. ------------ Funeral services for Jack Coppens, Muir laborer who was killed near Lyons when his car slipped into the ditch, were held Friday afternoon at 2:30 at the home of his parents on the state road, with Rev. Ellis, of Belding, officiating, and interment at the family lot in Woodard lake cemetery. Music was by Miss Geraldine Seely, and bearers for the service were: Enos Flint, Frank Decker, R. Shearer, Kenneth Hilliker, Joe Smith and Albert Rogers.
