Ionia Sentinel Standard, 14 Aug 1944

Prayer services for Leon Hawley, 70, of Petoskey, were held Sunday afternoon, at
3 o’clock at the Boynton funeral home, Rev. Dwight M. Kitch, pastor of First
Methodist church, officiated and burial was in Highland Park cemetery.  Pall
bearers were Ralph Safford and E.A. Comstock, of Palo, Montgomery Webster and
John Rademacher of Ionia.
