Ionia County News, 30 Jan 1958

Marion A. Hawley, 68, Saranac, died Wednesday, January 15, at Veteran’s
Hospital, in Saginaw, where he was a patient for a week.  Prior he had been
making his home in Rose City.  Mrs. Hawley was born May ?, 1889 in Saranac, the
son of James and Minnie Abbott Hawley.

Surviving is a sister, Mrs. Vercha Covert, of Flint.

Funeral services were held Friday, January 18, at the Morris Funeral Home with
the Rev. Don Walker, Baptist minister, officiating.  Burial was in Saranac
Cemetery.
