Jack L. Hayes, age 68, of Muir passed away Friday, March 18, 2005 at Laurels of 
Fulton.  He was born January 3, 1937 in Lansing the son of Arby and Lila 
(Oberly) Hayes.  He married Mary in 1978 who preceded him in death in 1992.

Jack is survived by his daughter Cindy Hayes of Muir; brother, Thurston Hayes 
of Arizona, Kenneth (Doris) Hayes of Eaton Rapids, Carlton (Martha) Hayes of 
Portland, Richard Hayes of Lansing; sister June Hayes of Arizona; grandchildren 
Johnny and Jeremiah Vincent.

He was preceded in death by one son Buzzy in 1975, one sister Maxine Reeder, 
and one brother Junior Hayes.

Funeral services will be held 11 a.m., Tuesday at Lake Funeral Home in Muir 
with Rev. Harger officiating.  The family will receive friends and relatives 
Tuesday 9 a.m. until time of services at the funeral home.  You may make 
memorial contributions to American Cancer Society.
