The Ionia Daily Sentinel-Standard, Tuesday, January 24, 1961
Requiem high mass was sung at SS. Peter and Paul church at 9 o’clock Tuesday 
morning for Amelia Hayes, 81, who died Saturday morning at her home at 208 Dye 
Street.  The Rev. Fr. Vincent J. Kamarauskas sang the mass.  Bearers were P. 
J. O’Connor, Carl Seabrook, Clark Hogan and Nicholas Heufelder..  Interment 
was at Mt. Olivet cemetery.
