Ionia Sentinel Standard, 6 Dec 1965

Clinton R. Hayes, 74, resident of 54 Center street, Saranac, died December 4 in
Beaumont hospital, Royal Oak.  He had lived a short time with his son, Harold in
Royal Oak.  Mr. Hayes was born January 23, 1891.

Other survivors include a son, John of Kelso, Wash.; a daughter, Mrs. Cleo
Chickering of Belding; 10 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and a sister,
Mrs. Beth McNally of Belding.

Funeral service will be at Morris funeral home Wednesday at 2 p.m. followed by
burial at Saranac cemetery.
