MAUDE HAYNES DIED SATURDAY

Mrs. Maude Haynes, 74, of Hickory Corners passed away Saturday at her home after 
a long period of ill health. She had resided in the Hickory corners area since 
1926 and had lived in the village for the past 14 years.

Surviving are her husband Oren, a son, Clayton at home; two daughters, Mrs. 
Wayne Shade, Lake Odessa and Mr. William Borden of Augusta; eleven grand 
children and seven great grand children and one brother, Gus Welcher of Battle 
Creek.

Funeral services were held Tuesday at the Hinton-Smith Funeral Home at Delton 
with burial in the Hickory Corners cemetery.
