Henry H. Haynor dropped dead on Thursday last, while on a visit in company with Mrs. Kate Truat at the home of her brother, George Connor, in Orleans. The visiting party had only reached their destination, and Mr. H. was left to put the horse in the barn, which he [unreadable] coming into the house, [unreadable] minutes search was [unreadable] was found dead beside a [unreadable] the barn enclosure in the house. The deceased was thought to have passed the 90th milestone in the [unreadable] of life, but his exact age cannot be [unreadable] certain family records being lost. He was one of the oldest residents in the county. He located upon land in Easton in the year 1836, brought his family from New York state in 1838, and has been a continuous resident here since. He leaves four children by his first wife, Tobias C., of Oceana County; Isaac D., of Easton; Catherine, wife of Charles Tillison of Easton; and Charles, now in California. Mrs. Roxy Blough of Eagle, Clinton County, is a daughter by his second wife. Isaac D. drove to Orleans on Thursday night and brought to his home the remains of his father, from whence the funeral was largely attended on Saturday.
