The Rev. C.R. Middleton, pastor of the Evangelical church, officiated. Bearers were Paul Haynor, Arthur R. Haynor, Byron Haynor, Daryl Brown, Richard Vaughn and Elton Haynor. Interment was in Easton cemetery She was born May 29, 1868, in Easton township, one-half mile west of the Dildine corner, the daughter of the late William and Mary Connor. She attended Dildine school and Ionia high school and as long as her health permitted was an active member of the former Dildine Methodist church. She also took an active part in local school affairs and was affiliated with numerous community clubs throughout the years. April 6, 1887, she was married to Albert C. Haynor and two years later they built their home south of Haynor school in Easton township. He preceded her in death in October, 1939. To this union were born six children, Lloyd E., now deceased, William Roy, Albert Laverne, Mildred Grace, Alice Gertrude and Arthur Benjamin. She is also survived by a brother, William B. Connor, and a sister, Mrs. Grace Waters, both of Easton, 23 grandchildren and 33 great-grandchildren. A direct descendant of Samuel Dexter, at the time of her death she had a family tree dating back 865 years. Relatives from away who attended the services were Mr. and Mrs. Roger Gulick and Rose Ann, Mrs. Elsie Gulick and Mrs. Burton Maybee of Sheperd; Mr. and Mrs. Vern Haynor, Mrs. Earl Face and Mrs. and Mrs. Wayne Morris of Shiloh; Mr. and Mrs. Roy Haynor and family, Mr. and Mrs. Ray Grams and family, Mr. and Mrs. Red Koikas and Mr. and Mrs. Arthur R. Haynor and son of Ludington; Mr. and Mrs. Harry Bull of Pontiac; Mr. and Mrs. Richard Vaughn and family of Toledo, O.; Mrs. Nick Kilburg of Atlanta; Mr. and Mrs. L.J. Haynor of Wheeler; Mr. and Mrs. Robert Haynor of Sunfield; Mr. and Mrs. Paul Haynor and family and Mr. and Mrs. Byron Haynor of Fenton; Mr. and Mrs. Albert Haynor and Mr. and Mrs. Elton Haynor of Dearborn; and Mr. and Mrs. Daryl Brown and Mrs. Ruth Gines of Holland.
