HAYNOR, ELSIE A. (SWEERS) (MRS. ALBERT LaVERNE) 
   SENTINEL-STANDARD, IONIA, MI, April 25, 1986, p 2:  "Area obituaries -
SHERIDAN - ELSIE A. HAYNOR, 87, of 354 Long Lake Road, Orleans, died Thursday at
her residence.
  She was born Jan. 18, 1899, in Orleans, the daughter of Martin and Amy Sweers.
 She was a lifelong resident of the Orleans area and a member of Shiloh
Community Church, in which she held many offices, and a former school board
member of Shiloh school.
   Her husband Albert preceded her in death in 1975.
   Surviving are two daughters, Mrs Gordon (Eva Mae) Ross of Grand Rapids and
Mrs. Wayne (Marian) Morris of Orleans; six grandchildren and 15 great
grandchildren and one sister, Eva Edwards of Fenwick.
   A brother, Archie Sweers, preceded her in death in 1932 and a sister, Susan
Miller, died in 1926.
   Funeral services will be Saturday at 11 a.m. from the Shiloh Community
Church, with the Rev Kenneth Harger officiating.
   Burial will be in Clear Lake Cemetery.
   The family will be at Stebbins and Simpson Funeral Home, Sheridan, Friday
from 2 to 4 and 7 to 8:30 p.m.
   A memorial has been established for Shiloh Community Church in care of the
funeral home."
