HAYNOR, ARTHUR B.:
   IONIA SENTINEL-STANDARD, MI, Friday, January 3, 1974, p 2:  "DEATHS - ARTHUR
B. HAYNOR, 69, of Dick road died Thursday at the Ionia Memorial hospital.  He
was born in Easton township January 11, 1905, the son of Albert C. and Mary E.
Haynor and was a graduate of Ionia high school.
   Later he was employed at the Ionia state hospital leaving there in 1939 to
work at the Michigan reformatory where he advanced to the rank of captain
retiring in 1967.
   He was married in Ionia May 7, 1949, to Eileen Robbins who survives.
   He was a member of the First Christian church of Ionia and life member of the
Masonic lodge.
   Besides his wife, Eileen, he leaves a son, James; two stepdaughters, Mrs
Geraldine Weeks of Saranac and Mrs Beverly Lockwood of Freland; four
grandchildren; brother, Vern of Orleans; sister, Mrs Alice Bull of Ionia.
   Funeral services will be Saturday at 2 pm at Myers-Roetman funeral home. 
Interment will be at Easton cemetery."
