Excerpts from Greenville Obituary
ILAH MAE HAYSMER
Died Sunday, January 25, 2004-age 87 at Greenville Health Center.
Born August 10, 1916 near Stanton.
Daughter of Charles and Gladys (Jewel) Mason.
Raised in the Belding area. Lived in Florida for nearly 20 years.
Moved to Greenville in 1974.
Preceded in death by husband, Howard Haysmer in 1963; her parents and four 
brothers, Alfred, Thomas, Bob and Herb Mason.
Survived by two brothers and sisters-in-law, Gerald and Alice Mason of Belding, 
Dorman and Charlene Mason of Greenville; three sisters, Nancy Mason McCaul, 
Marion Showers, both of Greenville, Janet Calihan of Grand Rapids; many nieces 
and nephews,Tammy & Norman Skaggs that cared for Ilah for years. 
Memorial services fro Ilah and sister Nancy McCall, are at 1 p.m. Monday at 
Huffman-Brigham Funeral Chapel, Belding with Pastor Dale Murray officiating.
Visitation from 5-8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
