Ionia Daily Sentinel Standard, 2 Nov 1959

Mrs. Bessie A. Hazelitt, 67, North Plains township, died Saturday morning at a 
Goodrich hospital.  She was born in Ionia county, December 26, 1891, the 
daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Hardy Wilbur, and was married October 30, 1914, to 
Herman Hazelitt, who died in July 1959.  Since the death of her husband, Mrs. 
Hazelitt had made her home with her daughter in Davison.

Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Stanley (Evelyn) Greenhoe of Davison; one 
brother, Murray Wilbur of Orleans.

Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Shaw-Rivett funeral home 
in Muir, with burial at North Plains cemetery.  The Rev. Hubert E. Callahan 
will officiate.
