The Ionia Daily Sentinel-Standard, Monday, July 20, 1959
Funeral for Herman Garfield Hazelitt, 73, of Star route, who died July 15, was 
conducted Saturday at 2 p.m. at Shaw-Rivett funeral home at Muir.  The Rev. 
Hubert E. Callahan of North Plains Community church officiated and burial was 
at North Plains cemetery.  Bearers were Jay Martin, Claude Dickerson, William 
Antecliff, George Dickerson, Hamilton Steele and Wilfred Graves.
