Wave - Thurs. Dec. 9, 1965 Mrs. Eva J. Healey Found Dead at Home Mrs. Eva J. Healey was found dead at her home at 1209 Tupper Lake St. Tuesday evening. Death was established as of Sunday evening of natural causes. A former resident of Sunfield, she had lived in Lake Odessa fourteen years. She is survived by a son, Harley Hills of Kalamazoo and a daughter, Mrs. Earl (Pauline) Streeter of rural Lake Odessa, the grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and eight great, great grandchildren. She was born in Vermontville June 11, 1879, the daughter of Harley and Mary L. (Barnes) Smith. Her husband Charles Healey died in Sunfield October 1948. Services will be Friday at 1:30 at Pickens Funeral Chapel with entombment in the family mausoleum in Nashville. Rev. Dean VanderVeen officiating.
