The Ionia County News, Thursday, September 16, 1943


Thomas A. Healey, 86, resident here for 55 years, died Saturday morning at the 
home of his daughter, Mrs. Clayton French of Greenville after an illness of 
four weeks. He was a member of I.O.O.F. Lodge.  

Surviving besides Mrs. French are three other daughters, Mrs. Walter Stiles of 
Grand Rapids, Mrs. Ora Moran of Detroit, Mrs. Glenn Loomis of Traverse City; 
also three sons, Harry of Cadillac, Henry of Grand Rapids, and Elmer of 
Avenal, California; a sister, Mrs. Brockway of South Haven and eleven grand 
children.

Funeral services were held Monday afternoon at the Congregational church with 
burial in Lakeside cemetery.
