Mrs. Josephine Healy was born at New Riegal, Seneca county, Ohio on June 22 in 
the year 1853. She was married at the age of 28 years to Miles Healy of Lyons, 
Michigan. To this union were born four children, Mrs. Paul Heath of North 
Morenci, Mich., Mrs. Bert Pruce of Detroit, Mrs. Ray Robertson and Mrs. Roy 
Kendall of this city. She also has one step-son, Charles Healy of Sunfield, 
Mich. In the year 1891, they moved to Palo, Michigan, where they lived until 
1910, thenceforth she made her home with her children until the time of her 
death when she passed away at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Roy Kendall of 
this city on Wednesday January 6, 1915 at 1:16 p.m. at the age of 61 years, 4 
months and 14 days. Surviving her are four daughters, five sisters and two 
brothers and four grandchildren.
