Excerpts from Belding Online Obituary

MICHAEL R. HEATON
Died November 29, 2021-age 61 of Belding
Born April 22, 1960, the son of Gerald and Connie (White) Heaton.
Graduated Belding High School in Class of 1978.
Mike worked several years as a well-driller for A.B.Heaton and Sons.
Mike was a tremendous athlete especially in softball, loved bowling, fishing, 
and golf.
Mike may have acted like a tough guy, but everyone knew he was a big teddy bear.
He helped anyone that need assistance with a project.
Mike was married on November 22, 1980 to Carol.
Is survived by wife, Carol, their children: Tami (John) Lieffers,& Lisa 
(Kevin)Beagle all of Belding. his grandchildren;Cody (Stephanie) Lieffers, 
Kaitlyn (Jake) Hirst, Nichols Beagle, Alyssa Beagle and is great grandchildren, 
Reece and Rowan.also his mother Connie HEaton, his brothers David(Tina) Heaton, 
Jeff Heaton, Paul Heaton all of Belding, several nieces, nephews and many 
extended family members & friends.
Preceded in death by his father,Gerald & his grandparents.
Funeral service at 10 am Saturday December 4, 202, at smyrna Bible Church with 
Pastor Mike Simmons officiating.
