Services Held for J.Erwin Heator
J. Erwin Heator, 79, of Route 1, Lyons, died Saturday evening at Ionia Manor 
where he had bean a patient since April 8.

Born Sept. 15, 1890, in Berlin Township, he was the son of John and Marinda 
Heator. Dec. 25, 1920, he was married in Ionia to Katherine Stout. They had 
lived in Ionia Township before moving to their present residence 42 years ago.

He was a veteran of World War I member of LeValley United Methodist Church and 
also a member of the Farm Bureau.

Besides his wife, Katherine, he leaves a daughter, Mrs Howard W. Nash of Lyons, 
and three grandchildren.

Funeral services were held at 2:00 PM Tuesday at the Stone-Kauffman Funeral Home 
in Ionia. Rev. Luther Brokaw officiated and interment was in Balcom Cemetery.
