The Ionia Sentinel-Standard, Thursday, March 19, 1981

Frederick E. Hecht, 54, of 1224 Parmeter Road, Ionia, died March 15 at 
Blodgett Memorial Medical Center in Grand Rapids.  Funeral services were held 
Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. from the First United Methodist Church with the Rev. 
Carl Hausermann officiating.  Organist was Mrs. Josephine Barna.  Burial was 
in Easton Cemetery.

Pallbearers were Bruce Proctor, Ross Horwood, Benjamin Rusnell, Kenneth 
Ferguson, Robert Ventz and Jesse Wilson.  

Following services a luncheon was prepared for friends and relatives and 
served at the Youth Building at the Free Fair Grounds.  Arrangements were by 
the Leddick Funeral Home.
