Heether, 64, of 720 South Bridge street, died suddenly at his home Tuesday evening from a heart attack. Mr. Heether, who was an employee of the Belding Gibson Refrigerator factory, had been on a leave of absence since May but was able to be up and around the house each day. As a native of the Miriam community, he was the son of Clement Heether, November 21, 1883. With the exception of a few years in Detroit and the West, he has spent his life in and about Belding. He was married to Olive May Choate of Belding in Detroit, June 6, 1920. Mrs. Heether survives as does two sisters, Mrs. Joe Roscoe of Detroit and Mrs. Fred Vincent of Ionia; also one brother, Rudolph Heether of Detroit. Funeral services will be held Friday at 2:30 o’clock from the Fitzjohn funeral chapel. Burial will be at River Ridge. Mr. Heether was a member of the Belding Sportsman’s club.
