Ronald Lee Heinze, 76, of Portland, formerly of Potterville, died July 11, 2007.
 Mr. Heinze was born in Ingham County, the son of Edward and Opal (Bashore)
Heinze.  He had been the owner of Heinze TV Sales & Service in Potterville for
50 years; known to many by his CB handle, “Electron Ron”.  He had been a member
of the Potterville Chamber of Commerce, and the Eaton Area Senior Center in
Charlotte.  He loved the fishing and camping outings with his family and always
believed in and practiced the Golden Rule.

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Betty (Roan) Heinze; second wife,
Marilyn (Patterson) Heinze; and sister, Phyllis Barrett.

He is survived by his children, Mike (Patty) Heinze of Potterville, Kathy
DeGroot of Wolverine, Mark (Marsha) Heinze of Lynnwood, Wash. and Jeffrey Heinze
of Potterville; grandchildren, Chad (Emily) White, Lisa (James) Whitten, Kristen
(Bryan) Terry, Travis (Dawn) Heinze, Sara Heinze, Nicole Heinze, Tara (Luke)
Harris, Trisha Caterino, Trever Heinze and Derek Willett; 16 great-grandchildren
and life companion, Mona Rose.

Funeral services were held on July 15 at Pray Funeral Home with Duane Willett
officiating.  Interment was in Benton Township Cemetery in Potterville. 
Arrangements by Pray Funeral Home, Charlotte.  If desired, memorial
contributions may be made to Eaton Area Senior Center.
