MARGARET HENNEY DIED TUESDAY

Mrs.Margaret Alice Henney, 88, passed away Tuesday night at Pennock Hospital, 
Hastings where she had been a patient about three weeks following a stroke of 
paralysis.

The daughter of the Rev. Josiah and Mary Winey, she had spent most of her life 
in the Freeport area coming here to reside with her sister, Mrs.Jesse Hazen 
seven years ago.

Her husband Clinton died in 1946.

Mrs. Henney was a member of the Grace Brethren Church, W.C.T.U.,the Allie Lepard 
Circle and Women's Fellowship of the Congregational Church.

Surviving are a son Orville of Wyandotte, one brother Ira Winey of Lawton; two 
sisters, Mrs. Barbara Goossen of Long Beach, California and Mrs. Hazen; two 
grand-children and two great grand-children.

Mrs.Henney reposes at the Pickens Funeral Chapel where funeral services will be 
held Friday at 2 with burial in Lakeside cemetery. Rev. Homer Miller will 
officiate.
