HERALD
Wanda herald, age 77, of Hubbardston, passed away Monday July 3, 2017 at the 
Carson City Hospital.

Wanda was born September 1, 1939 in Lansing, the daughter of Everett and Roxie 
(Payne) Hough. She graduated from Eastern High School in Lansing. Wanda married 
Louis "Bud" Herald Jr. on August 3, 1996 in Carson City. She worked various jobs 
in the area and had owned the Hide Away inn in Maple Rapids. Wanda was a member 
of St. John The Baptist Catholic Church in Hubbardston. She enjoyed doing 
ceramics, supporting charities while being very generous and loved spending time 
with family and friends at the kitchen table.

She is survived by her children Mike (Tracy), Janice, Staci, Randy (Nicole), 
Tracy, Sonia, step-children Frank, Linda many grandchildren and great-
grandchildren. Also a sister Norma Jean Polus and many nieces and nephews.

Wanda was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son Charles Everett, and 
her sisters.

A mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, July 8, 2017 at 11 a.m. at St. 
John The Baptist Catholic Church in Hubbardston. Interment will be in St. John 
the Baptist Cemetery. Visitation will be held Saturday from 10 a.m. until time 
of Mass at the church. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St. John the
