Mrs. Ella I. Herbert, 82, died at 4 a.m. Tuesday, June 16, at her home in Lake 
Odessa following a short illness.  She was a lifelong resident of the Lake 
Odessa community.

She leaves her husband, John; two daughters, Mrs. Cevilla Souvers and Mrs. O. 
J. Robinson, of Lake Odessa; a son, Bernard, of Lake Odessa; seven 
grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and a sister, Mrs. Flora Hodges, of 
Ionia.

Services will be conducted at the Pickens funeral chapel in Lake Odessa Friday 
at 2 p.m.  Burial will be in Lakeside cemetery.
