Ionia Sentinel Standard, 13 Jul 1968

A former Ionia resident, Alfred Herbert of 1508 Downey, Lansing died at St.
Lawrence hospital in Lansing, Friday after being a patient there for nine weeks.
 He was born in Ohio, April 26, 1891 and was a resident of Ionia 40 years before
leaving for Lansing ten years ago.  He leaves his wife Ethle and one stepson
Leon Lynn of Lansing.

Funeral services will be Tuesday at 2 p.m. at Stone-Kauffman funeral home and
burial will be in Highland Park cemetery.
