Portland Review & Observer-June 2, 2009

EDYS S. Herling, 86, of Pewamo, passed away on July 6, 2009.

She was born on Aug. 15, 1922 in Portland, the daughter of Frank and Myrtle (Hyland)
Ingraham. On Jan. 9,1946 she married Leland Herling and he preceded her in Death on
May 12, 1982. Susie is retired from Greenville Products in 1978.

She is survived by a stepson, Jerry (Kathy) Herling of East Aurora, N.Y.; four
grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; 9 great-great-grandchildren. She will be dearly missed by
special friends, Dale and Donna Hyland and the Schneider family.

Funeral services were conducted by Rev. Dr. Marilyn V. Danielson on July 9 at the 
Schrauben-Lehman funeral Homes, Portland. Inurnment was at Evergreen Cemetery, 
Sheridan
