Mrs. Ella Herman, 97, of 203 S. Sherman St., died Sunday in the United Memorial 
Extended Care Facility in Greenville. 

She was born Dec. 20, 1881, in Lyons, and had lived in Sheridan since 1893.

She was preceded in death by her husband Frank in 1965.  She is survived by 
four sisters, Mrs. Erma Bangle of Grand Rapids, Mrs. Ann Fuller of Seal Beach, 
Calif., Mrs. Christine Reynolds of Los Angeles, Calif., and Mrs. Dorothy 
Pierson of Torrance, Calif., and one sister-in-law, Mrs. Lena Ebel of Grand 
Rapids.  Three nieces and one nephew also survive.

Services will be Wednesday at 11 a.m. from Stebbins and Simpson Funeral Home, 
Sheridan, with burial in Evergreen Cemetery, also in Sheridan.  The family will 
be at the funeral home from 2 to 4 p.m. Tuesday.
