Harry W. Hersch, age 60, of Muir passed away November 9, 2004 at his home.  He 
as born December 24, 1943 in Ypsilanti, the son of Wilbert and Alice (Webster) 
Hersch Sr.  He married Monica Hersch October 9, 1992 in Ionia.

He worked at Ford Rawsonville Plant for 30 years as a Cycle Checker.  Harry 
loved to hunt and fish.

He is survived by his loving wife Monica Hersch of Muir; daughter Kim Hersch of 
Belleville; step-sons Douglas (Wendy) Hersch of Belding, Mark Hersch and fiancé 
Jill Jones of Stanton, Bruce (Marcia) Hersch of Ionia; sister Ruth (Martin) 
Smolorz of Gaylord and eight grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his 
parents and two brothers Wilbert Jr. and Thomas.

Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Friday at Lake Funeral Home in Muir with 
Rev. Kathy Clark officiating.  The family will receive friends and relatives 
today from 7 to 8:30 p.m. and Thursday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 8:30 p.m. at 
the funeral home.  Those wishing may make a memorial contribution to American 
Diabetes Foundation or Sparrow Hospital Hospice Service.
