Cathryn G. Hewitt, age 63, of Saranac, passed away Tuesday, May 10, 2005, at 
her home.  She was born Nov. 16, 1941, in Ionia, the daughter of George and 
Catherine (DeGroot) Allen.  She married Donald Hewitt September 28, 1962 in 
Saranac.

She is survived by her husband Donald of Saranac; sons Donald Hewitt Jr. of 
Saranac and David Hewitt of Kentucky; daughters Noel Graves of Saranac, Star 
and James Wells of Muir; brothers Butch Mills of Saranac and Roy Mills of Grand 
Rapids; sisters Roxie and Steve Ridgway of Grand Rapids, Carol and Buba Roberts 
of Texas, Susie Daley of Zeelend, Robin and Lloyd Mutschler of Clarksville; 
many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Memorial services are 11 a.m. Friday at Saranac Community Church in Saranac.  
Visitation is 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Thursday at Lake Funeral Home in Saranac.  
Anyone wishing may make memorial contributions to the family of Cathryn.
