The Ionia Daily sentinel-Standard, Wednesday, May 29, 1963

Mrs. Mildred Dalzell Hicks, 83, of Muir, was found dead in bed at her home 
abut 11 a.m. Wednesday after she reportedly had not been seen since Monday.

Coroner Richard Hull said she died early Tuesday morning.  Funeral 
arrangements will be made by Shaw-Rivett funeral home.
