Shirley A. Hieftje, of Belding.
Died Sunday October 18, 2020-age 88.
Born October 31, 1931 daughter of Alvin & Mayme (Roll) Davis.
Graduated from Belding High School Class of 1950.
Earned Cosmetologist license. Owned & Operated her own beauty parlor at her 
home from 1962-2013.
Member of St. Joseph Catholic church.
Survived by her sons; Charles (Sharon) Hieftje of Belding, Rob (Teri) Hieftje 
of Stone Mountain, GA., James Hieftje of Lowell, grandchildren; Charles (Amy) 
Hieftje, Jonathon (Hazel) Hieftje, Megan Farthing, Melinda farthing Brian 
Farthing, David (Katie) Hieftje, Thomas Hieftje, Kurtis Hieftje, Kolli 
Hieftje, great-grandchildren; Ian, Kyla, Eloise, Oliver, Lacey, Oakleigh, two 
sisters; Beverly Zahm of Greenville, Pat Davis fo Grand Rapids.

Preceded in death by her parents, husband Robert and one sister Geneive.

Mass of Christian Burial Friday, 11 a.m., Oct. 23 at St. Joseph Catholic 
Church, Belding. Father Phil Shangraw officiating. Burial at St. Joseph 
Cemetery.
