Ionia Standard, 17 Sep 1886

Mrs. Frank Bush died at her residence on West Main street on Sunday afternoon of
typhoid fever.  Walter Higgins, living on Union hill, died of the same disease
on Tuesday morning.  Mrs. Bush leaves a husband and three children, and Mr.
Higgins a wife and three little ones.  Both were young and leave many warm
friends to mourn their death.

[Transcriber's Note:  There is a notation on the obituary card that he was
buried in Oak Hill Cemetery.]
