Nov. 18, 2016 MARILYN FAITH HIGHLEN 1967-2016 Marilyn Faith Highlen, age 49, of Lake Odessa, Michigan, went to be with her Lord on Nov. 11, 2016 at St. Mary's hospital in Grand Rapids, MI. She had battled kidney failure for the last 31 years. Born to Clare and Betty Highlen on Sept. 26, 1967 in Detroit,MI. Marilyn enjoyed playing games, reading Archie comic books, playing the piano and singing. She also enjoyed working for an accountant and for the American Red Cross. Marilyn was preceded in death by her father and mother, Clare and Betty Highlen; and two nieces, Melody Highlen, and Yvonne Bailey. Marilyn is survived by Joyce (Terry) Lahnert, Wilma (Micheal) Bailey, Dale (Phyllis) Highlen, Eva (Nathan) Parker, Darwin (Nancy) Highlen, Delbert (Nedra) Highlen; 14 nieces and nephews; 22 great-nieces and nephews; and one great-great niece.
