Ionia Daily Sentinel, 26 Dec 1918

Mrs. Nellie Hilderberry died at ? o’clock this morning at the home of her
parents, Mr. and Mrs. Afton Smith of Ionia township.  She leaves beside her
husband, Elmer Hilderberry and parents, Mr. and Mrs. Afton Smith, a sister, Mrs.
Guy McNair, and a brother, Charles at home.  The funeral will be held at the
home of her parents ?? afternoon at 2 o’clock, and the interment will be in
Highland Park cemetery.

[Transcriber's Note:  The death record on the Seeking Michigan website lists her
surname as Hildebrand.]
