Charles F. Hill 80, died of a cerebral hemorrhage, Sunday evening, February 19 
at the Greenville Memorial hospital, where he had been a patient for the past 
week.  He was born December 15, 1875 and married the former Melinda Schaub in 
1901 at Pierson.

A lifelong resident of Trufant, he was a member of St. Thomas Lutheran church 
and also a member of the I. O. O. F.

Surviving are his wife, Melinda; two sons, Harold C. Hill of Ionia, Russell G. 
hill of Lansing; four grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.

Services will be held at St. Thomas Lutheran church, Wednesday afternoon at 2 
o’clock and the Rev. Lazine will officiate.  Burial will be in Trufant 
cemetery.  Friends and relatives will be received at the Fredericksen funeral 
home in Trufant.
