Lyons Herald, 8 May 1919

Word has been received by Lyons friends of the death of Ralph W. Hillman on 
Saturday of last following a third stroke of paralysis.  The funeral was held 
Monday afternoon from the home of his son, F.W. Hillman in Plymouth, and the body 
was taken to the old home at Tecumseh for burial beside his wife.  He is survived 
by two children, Mrs. Florence Webber of Highland Park and F.W. Hillman of 
Plymouth; also a sister, Miss Ophelia Hillman.  Mr. Hillman is known to all our 
people, having lived south of this village for many years, and the news of his 
death will convey sorrow to his many friends.
