Ionia Daily Sentinel, 13 Mar 1909

Mrs. Carrie Hilton, wife of H. P. Hilton, died at the home 307 W. Main, at 4 
o’clock, Sunday afternoon.  her age was 61, and she had been a resident here 
several years.  She was the mother of five children, three of whom, all sons, 
survive, two residing here and one in New York.

Funeral on Wednesday, at 3 p.m., at the family rooms over Palace Bakery.  
Remains will be taken to Hillsdale, leaving on 7:30 a.m. train, Thursday.
